This was very true of our white bull terrier Princess. She loved everyone and was loved by one and all until one day a young man who knew my son came to our house and Princess bailed him up When I spoke to my son about this he said no-one in their group of friends liked this chap either and so our Princess knew here was someone not to be trusted.
I always trust my dogs' intuition.

ReplyDeleteTrue about the dogs too, my dad always said if the dog growls or backs away from someone, then you be very wary too and walk away.
Glad you are happy with the idea River. Perhaps between the two of us we can give folk a laugh to keep them going.
DeleteI do think animals have a sense about people and are seldom wrong in their judgement. We humans are perhaps too trusting at times.
