HAPPY NEW YEAR

To anyone who happens to wander into my blog I would like to wish them a very, very happy new year.

If last year was not so good I hope 2019 will treat you kindly.    If 2018 was good then may 2019 be even better.

                                HAPPY       NEW       YEAR         TO          EVERYONE

Tomorrow is my 87th birthday and after that I just may say bye-bye to blogland as I am not sure I have the ability to keep it going any longer.   I enjoyed it so much over the past years but as I do so little now I never have any news (other than medical these days) and as I don't go out I can't show new pics etc.  To my steadfast followers I say many thanks for being there.  You will never know how much I have appreciated your friendship.

Happy 87th for tomorrow! I'm taking a break myself, only keeping up with reading, commenting and the Words for Wednesday.

    1. Thanks for the New Year and birthday wishes and no problem re email. Just glad the card arrived OK.
I may take a leaf out of your book and just pop in from time to time and check out blogs and comment. Would save me having to think too hard. (*:*)

  5. I know how hard it is to keep coming up with ideas for the posts but if you are 87 then you must have some wonderful and maybe not so wonderful memories that you could share of the past. I'm 72 and I have written posts on the past and how things have changed and they have always gone down well, just a thought.

    1. Thanks Briony for your suggestions but I've already done all that over the years. Week by week I included my mum's book and have also told the story of my own life from the beginning. I also was weekly doing the Kings and Queens of England but found it a little too much Honestly I can't think of anything further I could do. I did flowers A=Z and places in Australia A-Z and so on. As you will see there is nothing left. I just think I have outblogged myself and that is the hard truth of it. xx

If you want to stop that's ok.
