That is very sweet. I remember my mum walking fast, she was always in a hurry to get there, wherever 'there' was, and we children had to keep up.I remember later years walking at my normal speed and looking behind to see my toddler far behind, not at all anxious as she could still see me, but she wanted to stop and look at things along the way. I learned to slow down.
I used to be in trouble for walking too fast but now I just wish I could walk slowly without help. I think I used to walk at a snail pace for the littlies though
