FRIDAY FAVOURITES

Once again scrolling through YouTube I came across this song sung by Frank Sinatra.....For many years when I was young we used to have sing songs around the piano when my brother and his wife visited.   One of the songs we had the sheet music for was "Always" (mum used to play the accompaniment on the piano) and I remember us all singing it.  My brother Len had a beautiful baritone voice (he used to take part in shows such as The Midado) so we could all sing along with him.

I hope you will enjoy this lovely old song with me.

    Frank Sinatra had such a great voice and presentation. I recently saw a local show which featured his songs. I loved his "My Way" song with its great lyrics.

      He was a wonderful singer and actor as well. I love his voice and his stage presentation.
      "My Way" is one of my favourites.

    I remember that song from my mother and sister singing it around the house. Frank does a good rendition, too. Haha.

    I tried to download a song and youtube said I couldn't do that, I could only listen to it. They said too many people were downloading, so ... ???

      He is one of the best when it comes to nearly any of those songs.
      Can't imagine why you couldn't download what you wanted. I often listen to music on YouTube but usually only download once a week and perhaps I choose a 'good' time to do it. Hope it works for you soon.
