I'm talking about all those eager social climbers who leave friends and family behind in their quest to reach "the top" whatever that might be. It pays to take it slowly and rest along the way, smell the roses and retouch with reality now and again.
You are so right River. The "would be's if they could be's" I feel miss much of the beauty of life. We all need to stop and smell the roses and see the world as it really is.
Sadly true. And somedays the banisters are missing too.

Yes Yam we can read so many different and varied ways of making our way through life including all the pitfalls we find along the way. xx
