THINKING ALLOWED

Trying to be positive about the two days this weekend in Perth at 39ºC/102ªF.  Hope wherever you are and whatever you are planning, that everything goes well.

My blessing right now is that we have an effective airconditioner that will help keep me cool!  😓

Having landed back in Blighty to a severe cold turn, am missing the Aussie heat! Mind you, even for me there were a couple of real doozies... YAMxx

    1. I was chatting to a Facebook friend in Wales this week and he said he's gladly swap places with me but not sure he'd enjoy this heat as much as he thinks. I, on the other hand, am sure I would enjoy some cold weather. xx

  2. I saw your temperatures and shuddered. We are (finally) starting to cool down. And today we have not rain exactly but some welcome drizzle.
    Stay cool.

    1. So it is going to continue right into March and not sure when it will break. Hope we don't have to wait until Easter as it is a late one this year.
I saw the ES temps were slowly dropping and felt glad for you.

    1. Our weather has changed over the years and we now have more humidity in Perth than ever before. That makes these hot days seem even worse.

  4. I'm really good at the dream big part, and I thank my brother daily, in my mind, for my airconditioner.

    1. I've always enjoyed my daydreams.
It was my daughter and Phil who had the wall aircon installed here in my workroom so I can now enjoy my computer more in either summer or winter.

  5. I can not imagine life there without an air conditioner! It gets sweltering here too in the American south. But there...woo... glad you have a working one now!

    1. I am sure you understand about the heat. I have a distant relative that lives in Florida and she complains about the humidity.
