    1. I actually don't talk to my scale but am more inclined to speak harshly to myself if the reading on the scale is wrong and, of course, I never use bad language to me!! xxx

  2. Sigh. I avoid mine. I am pretty certain it is telling me truths I don't want to hear. Painful truths. Heavy truths.

    1. Scales can be very anti-social as far as I am concerned. Mine seldom goes up but then seldom does it go down either.
      I never weigh more than once a week and sometimes even less than that.

  3. That's funny! I'm not happy with my scale at the moment, it has pointed out just how much ice cream I've been stuffing my face with. Far too much.

    1. So your scale too is not being friendly? No matter what I do in the way of food mine seldom changes but then if I could exercise (even walk) I am sure it would give me happier results.
