FRIDAY FAVOURITES

I have always hearing Perry Como sing "And I Love You So" and this was going to be my offering today.  I then discovered, while scrolling through YouTube, that Elvis Presley also sings this lovely song so decided to offer you his rendition.   If you've heard Perry Como sing this song I wondered how you compared the two.  Would be interested to know your opinion.

    I remember this song only vaguely and it must have been Perry Como as the Elvis sound isn't what my memory holds.

      I am sure it would be the Perry Como version you would remember as I didn't know Elvis had also sung it. Personally, I prefer Perry Como singing this song but thought something different is always good and was wondering if anyone else knew Elvis had sung it.

    I must be one of the few folk in the world who cringes at the sight and sound of Elvis Presley - maybe because of overload in childhood - mum was a 'fan'... but then she also liked Perry Como and a I do recall this song as the Como version. YAM xx

    My Mum is just like Yamini. Elvis makes her cringe too. Perry Como's version of 'AND I LOVE YOU SO' is definitely the best as far as Mum is concerned!!
