MONDAY MIRTH No 23

My savings didn't last as long as I would have liked them to either!!!  Not much superannuation back then.

    Would love to laugh at this one... but one of my tasks over here in OZ is to work on making those $$$ work better so that that there will may be a week's worth!!! YAM xx

  3. My husband and I were "late bloomers" so I think we're going to be late to retire too, which seems to be the case for a lot of people whether they got a late start on their retirements or not.

    1. Unfortunately that is true of so many. The young of today that have good jobs should be OK but I fear for those who find it difficult to find steady employment.

  4. Ha Ha! That just about describes me perfectly. I'm getting by, but only just, no room for frivolities here. The point is of course, that I AM getting by; swimming, not sinking. And happy.
